brilliant endeavors

August 17, 2013

there is nothing so stifling

hand no release of pleasure

brimmed and still surging

than these precious pearls of pressure

beading the moments edge

laced fragments of events

woven and bejeweled

hold hope to treasure

string along win

cold enchantment fastened

tingling the skin

somewhere between dread and day dream

soaring entirely above seconds

ascend courageously and giving to expire

rising to cocoon again

weighted like the seafloor

then splendor

iridescent consequence

dependent on perspective and purity

observations of virtuosity

peaceful passions

to know the words

escape from authentic connections

and ease contorting tensions

brilliant endeavors

Love the string of pearls shape, you managed it without losing anything from your rhythm, wow! Very sexy beginning. Favorite line, where I spend a lot of time: somewhere between dread and day dream. 🙂 Peace and joy to you. Brenda

Yes, I enjoyed writing it. Wisdom is a challenging characteristic at times. Thank you!

Challenges are good for us. Like castor oil. 🙂

LOL I would agree. My grandmother used to make us take a teaspoon of the stuff. Still remember the taste, awful.

Yep, gruesome stuff. Everybody takes fish oil these days. Same concept. 🙂
